In the current climate of food scares and with the UK's increasingly diverse population having a growing need for religiously correct foods, it is more important than ever that a supplier can provide a documented chain of quality assurance.

Consequently we continually reinvest in procedures and equipment that make our production facility one of the most modern and religiously certified in the country.

It is E.C. approved, we have exhaustive HACCP documentation, and operate bespoke Documented Quality Procedures.

We are a Halal factory. The only one in the UK that can provide certification from both The Halal Food Authority and
The Institute for Islamic Jurisprudence.

Kosher dishes are produced by Hermolis under the supervision of the Kedassia and with NHS-STS certification.
The Vegetarian Society's food labelling scheme, known as the Seedling Symbol, was established in 1969. Since then it has become the most widely recognised and trusted stamp of vegetarian approval anywhere in the world.
The Support, Training & Services certification ensures that as a Hospital Caterers’ can purchase any products from our range. We are inspected regularly and have held this certification for over 15 years.
All meat dishes contain certified Halal meat (our factory is totally Halal). Out of respect for Hindu beliefs, we use no beef of beef products. We source our meat through the inspection system of Tahira Foods under the supervision of the World Islamic Foundation, or from suppliers who are accredited by The Halal Food Authority
Our Kosher Foods are manufactured by our “Authentic Food Partner” Hermolis, a company recognised as a leader in its field here in the UK and overseas. From its purpose built factory it produces kosher meals under the licensing authority of "Kedassia" which is the most stringent religious organisation in this country and accepted worldwide.
