Everything we produce is halal. That is it is suitable for consumption by Moslems. It is also suitable for consumption by anyone else. Indeed, most of our food is not consumed by Moslems, but is eaten for its quality as food.

All of our food is approved and certified by The Halal Food Authority.

Similarly, much of what we produce is vegetarian, although most of our vegetarian food also is not eaten by vegetarians.

All of our vegetarian food is approved and certified by The Vegetarian Society.

Since we supply large amounts of food to The National Health Service, we are also inspected and approved by their food safety auditors, STS.
