The vegetarian cooking of the Indian sub-continent is probably the most extensive and developed in the world. This is scarcely surprising with over 90% of the Indian and Sri Lankan population being vegetarian.
Our Vegetarian menu comprises of many of these exotic vegetarian dishes, most of which are also suitable for vegans.
As with all our dishes they only use fresh ingredients and in some cases only organic ones.
Most of the consumers of our food are themselves asian vegetarians, but we feel that there may well be a wider market for this delicious and vibrant food, which has arisen out of a food culture thousands of years old. For example we now supply our vegetarian dishes in bulk for weddings and other special events.
We are the first and only Halal factory in the country to be approved by the UK's Vegetarian Society and we hope shortly, to be the first Halal factory to be awarded the Soil Association certification for our Organic dishes.
