Vegetarian dishes

We produce home cooking, using traditional recipes, ingredients and methods. We do not employ any restaurant or manufacturing tricks.

No preservatives, colourings, artificial ingredients or manufactured pastes are used. We use only authentic, quality ingredients.

Every dish is cooked to a traditional process, though in modern equipment. This removes excess moisture, reducing the ingredients, rather than the more common commercial practice of stretching the ingredients by adding water and thickeners. Consequently, all the meat, vegetables and pulses are coated in a thick sauce full of rich, subtle flavours.

This satisfies customers who have been brought up on such food and delights customers to whom the food is new and a revelation.
