Everything we produce is authentic. All of our recipes originate from our family, our ethnic staff or from contacts from around the world.

Our function in life is to provide food for discriminating people who are not in a position to cook for themselves, because they are too old and infirm, are institutionalised, are on an aeroplane, are watching a sporting event, etc., etc.

We use only real ingredients, no short cuts, no preservatives, no colours, no bought in pastes or sauces.
